The University has a commitment to attract and admit students from all backgrounds with outstanding academic potential and the ability to benefit from an Oxford education.
We are interested in how we can support an inclusive and flexible admissions process that provides equality of offer and acceptance opportunity to all those with outstanding academic potential - to address under-representation in our student populations to close the gaps that exist between ethnicities and gender identities.
We will understand our challenges and facilitate debate, discussion and exploration around many issues such as understanding applicant diversity and our admissions processes, tests and the information used to inform offer making decisions.
We aspire to be an active community for staff and students, to give a voice to those who think to address diversity in our student population. We aim to be lively in our debate and promote critical discussion to inform and shape our inclusive admissions practices.
