Professor Owen Lewis of the Department of Zoology has received a University of Oxford teaching excellence award.

Presented with the award last night by the University's Vice Chancellor Professor Andrew Hamilton, Professor Lewis has been recognised for his work designing, establishing and teaching a new tropical biology field course which involves intensive work in Borneo with local researchers.
