Dr Tessa Baker has been shortlisted for the Women of the Future Awards, which recognise and nurture young female talent in the UK.

The Awards are open to women aged 35 or under and celebrate rising talent across business, culture, media and academia. There are 11 awards in total.

Tessa is a post-doctoral research fellow in the Department of Physics and a fellow of All Souls College.

The award winners will be announced on 27 October in London.
