Science Together is a new programme to connect researchers at all levels with community groups, providing training, support and funding for co-developed projects that are grounded in community needs, priorities, perspectives and opportunities.

This new, collaborative innovative programme is accepting applications to get involved. There are opportunities for both researchers and professional staff supporting researchers to receive training and develop relationships with community groups to support the creation of new engagement projects that will receive funding to enable.

You don't need any experience in public engagement with research - just the desire to explore engagement with research ideas with local community groups.

There will be a series of training and ideation workshops through Autumn. Developed projects will be funded, and will have the opportunity to create an engagement experience at a celebration event next spring.

This programme is a jointly led by MPLS and the Medical Sciences Divisions with support from research services, and is open to anyone from any of the academic divisions and GLAM; including DPhil students, researchers at all levels and professional services staff.

Deadline for applications is 30 July
