The European Society of Gene and Cell Therapy invites nominations for its public engagement award, which recognises activities that have engaged the public in gene and cell therapy research. There's a cash prize of €500 and complimentary registration to their annual congress.
The European Society of Gene and Cell Therapy invites nominations for its public engagement award. This recognises hands-on science, informal science activities, citizen advice projects and events that have engaged the public in gene and cell therapy research. Sharing experiences, expertise, and opinions online through blogs, vlogs, writing for traditional media will also be considered.
Applicants must be members of the society and have participated in at least one public engagement activity.
The prize is worth €500 as well as complimentary registration to the annual congress.
Applications comprise of a CV, a covering letter describing and explaining your PE activities, a letter of support from a beneficiary/participant in your PE work, and materials showing your activity (e.g., photos, videos).
