Public Engagement - training
We are delighted to bring you Oxford's second Public Engagement with Research Conference (but a first for online), with four days of sessions featuring internal and external speakers and contributors. This event is for Oxford's research community, together with external guests, to explore and discuss Public Engagement with Research.
This year's online conference has a particular focus on diversifying engagement communities and engaging virtually - from running events, to Citizen Science and community-led forums that shape the research agenda.
Add to that a webinar-come-whistle-stop tour round some of the excellent Public Engagement with Research funding opportunities for 2020-21; a narrative skills workshop; a speaker that debates the concept of 'impact demons' and an opportunity to meet and chat with colleagues and take part in the end-of-conference quiz.
We very much look forward to welcoming you to this virtual conference and hope to see you again in person for the face-to-face conference that will take place on Tuesday 6th July 2021 at the Said Business School.
