Royal Society of Chemistry prizes, nominations open, deadline 18 Jan 2022

The Royal Society of Chemistry currently has a range of prizes in sub-fields of chemistry, for various career levels, which includes public engagement and outreach as one of the areas of contribution they will consider. Awards include cash prizes, medals and lectures.

This includes, for example:

• The Joseph Black Award is for the most meritorious contributions to any area of analytical chemistry made by an early career scientist.
• The Norman Heatley Award is for the most meritorious contributions made by an early career scientist working at the chemistry and life science interface.
• The Jeremy Knowles Award is for the most meritorious contributions made by a mid-career scientist working at the chemistry and life science interface.
• The Khorana Prize is awarded for outstanding contributions through work at the chemistry and life science interface.
• The Sir Edward Frankland Fellowship is for the most meritorious contributions to any area of inorganic chemistry made by an early career scientist.
• The Sir Geoffrey Wilkinson Award is for the most meritorious contributions to any area of inorganic chemistry made by a mid-career scientist.
• The Mond-Nyholm Prize for Inorganic Chemistry is awarded for outstanding contributions to the chemical sciences in the area of inorganic chemistry.
