Public Engagement - opportunity
Malvern Science in the Park will be held in Priory Park, Great Malvern on Saturday 29th June 2019 from 10:30am to 4:30pm. This free event aims to enthuse families about STEM subjects with hands-on demonstrations, talks from science buskers, and interactive treasure hunts and trails.
You can see more details coming together here: https://www.innovatemalvern.com/science-in-park and ideas about participating here: https://www.innovatemalvern.com/apply-to-exhibit-at-malvern-science-in-the-park.
They're particularly keen to hear from science buskers who’d like to speak from the bandstand on a science subject of their choosing at various times during the day (usually 10 minutes slots using props but not Powerpoint!).
If you, or your department, would like to participate, get in touch with Adrian Burden.
Don't forget, if you need kit to keep you dry or shaded at outdoors events, we have gazebos, tables, etc., to loan out.
