Take your research to Oxford Brookes Science Bazaar 2023, EoI deadline 30 December 2022
Oxford Brookes popular Science Bazaar is looking for expressions of interest - the event takes place Sat 18 Feb 2023.
The annual Oxford Brookes Science Bazaar is coming up on Saturday18th February 2023 and they're seeking expressions of interest.
The event is aimed at families and is most suitable for 5-12yrs. It attracts around 2,500 visitors. The event runs from 11.30am to 4pm.
The event may be branded a "Science Festival", but in the loosest possible terms and aim to have representations or research from a wide range of disciplines.
There is no cost to take part in the festival and free lunch is supplied.
They encourage activities to be hands-on, imaginative, and informative. Previously they have run shows, workshops, competitions, table-top activities, dance, arts & crafts and everything in between!
Usually activities are run on 1 or 2 tables, you can have access to power, PC/AV, water, or you can have a larger space depending on what the activity needs are.
The event is held at Oxford Brookes Headington Campus (OX3 0BP). For the first time they will be running a relaxed autism-friendly early opening from 9:30am - 11:30am.
The deadline for expressions of interest is 30 December 2022.
