The focus of this course is to provide a practical ‘project management toolbox’ that you can use in your daily work.
During the course you will have the opportunity to manage a project. You will be able to apply the techniques you learn to a project that you bring along.
Topics covered include: project initiation, managing stakeholders and risk, time estimation, planning.
