MPLS are running Mental Health Awareness Week as part of the national week during the 10th-14th May (Week 3).

There are 31 free events spread across the week, with everything from panels and workshops on dealing with rejection, mindful productivity, overcoming stress and mental health in the workplace, to free yoga, tai chi, expressing feelings through art and even a cookie baking masterclass!
