Engineering students design electric race car for Formula Student event at Silverstone

Engineering students were amongst those involved in a team of 50 students from across the University who worked together to build an electric car showcased at the IMechE Formula Student event held at the home of British Motor Racing, earlier this month.

The Foundation Year will help able students from disadvantaged backgrounds raise their academic standards and apply successfully to Oxford. A combined Chemistry, Engineering and Materials Science course will be offered to students joining the Foundation Year of undergraduate science courses at the University, from October 2023.
