In MPLS we live out the principles of Professional Services Together, pursuing ‘joined up’ ways of working that maximise efficiency and put collaboration, people and quality at the heart of our professional services. This helps us to support the University’s academic mission of teaching and research, together.

Collaboration – We encourage effective collaboration across divisions, departments and services at Oxford, and with our external partners, working together as one proactive, confident, inclusive, and effective team.

People – We are building on good practice across MPLS Division to nurture, develop and respect our people, celebrate our successes and command respect for our professional approach to supporting the University’s mission.

Quality – We are committed to continually improving the quality and efficiency of our professional services output, based on an understanding of strategic needs and priorities across the University.

University staff can read more about these principles on the Professional Services Together page of the Staff Gateway (using SSO login).
