What happens when eight Oxfordshire community groups are given access to the world-class skills, knowledge and resources of the University of Oxford and Oxford Brookes researchers? Science Together is a brand new, grass-roots programme harnessing the power of community-led collaborative research projects to overcome challenges and seize opportunities to address pressing issues for people who live and work in Oxfordshire. On Tuesday 7 June, everyone is invited to interact with the community groups involved and try out some of the new approaches being developed.
STFC Impact Acceleration Account (IAA) Fund
The Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) has awarded University of Oxford, Impact Acceleration Account (IAA) Funding over three years (1 April 2022 to 31 March 2025). In addition, University of Oxford has received a STFC Knowledge Exchange Institutional Award (KEIA) in 2023, which enables us to increase support for projects. The total STFC IAA budget available over 2023-24 is at least £290,000
