The tap at the bottom of the Stress Container funnel is dripping, to show these stresses being released slowly. The container is very full and starting to overflow.

Examples of helpful coping strategies:

  • Turn off social media notifications
  • Daily yoga and relaxation
  • Focus on what I can control
  • Daily walks in nature
  • Routines that give my day structure
  • Regular chats with family and friends
  • Read the books I've wanted to for years

Examples of unhelpful coping strategies:

  • Eating lots of sugar
  • Not exercising
  • Drinking lots of alcohol
  • Catastrophising
  • Having a random sleep routine
  • Shutting myself off from people
  • Checking news and social media constantly
