The MPLS Enterprise and Innovation Fellowship invites postdoctoral researchers at the University of Oxford to become catalysts of change in research and enterprise. Throughout a year beginning February 2025, Fellows will work together to develop and deliver engaging events that inspire their peers to explore the entrepreneurial potential of their research.

This unique opportunity empowers postdoctoral researchers to build critical leadership, communication, and event management skills while expanding their professional horizons. With a £1,000 professional development fund, comprehensive resources, and the backing of a supportive network, Fellows will design impactful events and champion innovation across Oxford's scientific community.

Open to postdoctoral researchers in Oxford's science departments, the Fellowship offers a platform to develop professional skills, create meaningful connections, and broaden research perspectives beyond traditional academic boundaries.
