In MPLS we strive to understand and demystify the subjects of decolonisation and diversification, and bring these conversations and supporting actions into our departments. We are working with our departments and colleagues across the University and wider to fully understand the impact and legacies of colonialism and the Western view on our scientific communities. A huge part of this work is diversifying the STEM curriculum, which will vary depending on the discipline.
