An in-person leadership programme for research staff from all divisions and disciplines across the University. Leadership in Action is a 3-day participative leadership course that provides the opportunity to explore and develop your own leadership style. You will also be able to meet, work, and network with others. The course also includes a reunion event on Thursday 4th September 2025
