Daisy HungWithin the Mathematical, Physical and Life Sciences Division (MPLS), Daisy leads a team working to develop and sustain an inclusive culture where diversity is valued and equity prevails. By providing advice, guidance, data analysis, learning opportunities, and capacity and community building, the team aims to cultivate a culture of inclusion and collaboration among MPLS departments. The team proactively identify areas for coordinated divisional, cross-divisional and external activity, with a focus on impact and accountability. Daisy is also a mediator, trained Mental Health First Aider, and a Specialist Advisor for the Sexual Harassment and Violence Support Service for students. Before coming to Oxford, she lived in San Francisco, California, and had a varied career as a public interest lawyer representing domestic abuse survivors, a careers advisor for law students, and a diversity practitioner.
