Dr Naeema Pasha Bio

Dr Naeema Pasha is an expert in the future of work skills, AI, and diversity. She's developed insights into building skills and learning for a new world of work. She has been appointed as Visiting Fellow at Henley Business School where she founded the World of Work Institute to look at the wider implications of the challenges in a changing world of work - from AI, to MultiGenerational Workplaces to Inclusive leadership. She has co-authored the book Futureproof Your Career: How to Lead and Succeed in a Changing World addressing the key issues of diversity, technologies and societal impacts, contributing to UN research on Generative AI. Currently, she speaks on AI, diversity, learning and leadership skills. Naeema is a frequent commentator in outlets like People Magazine, BBC Radio and Forbes, she's recognised as a leading voice in workplace transformation, including being named in the Ifpc-online Top 50 Worldwide Influencers on AI Ethics.
