Manages the accounts of the Divisional Office liaising directly with the Divisional Secretary and supports the Divisional Office with all financial aspects arising in its activities, monitoring key areas of spend. Supports the Divisional accountant in financial planning and reporting activity with individual responsibility for a number of departments. Also responsible for maintaining records of the historical financial results of the Division and departmental reserves balances. Processes inter-departmental journals and other transactions on behalf of departments.
