Legacies to MPLS
Through the centuries, benefactors have played a vital part in Oxford’s success, often through gifts made in wills. Almost every part of the collegiate University has benefited from legacies; indeed many colleges were founded through them.
The departments within MPLS are no exception and we are grateful to have been remembered in the wills of alumni, friends and supporters. This has allowed great strides to be made to the benefit not only of staff and students, but to the wider world, in areas such as the treatment of disease, building infrastructure, energy, AI, conservation and climate research.
As we look to the future, we must ensure that our research endeavour and teaching provision is sustainable for generations to come. Leaving a gift in your will to MPLS will help support our leading research programmes and exceptional students. Whatever the size, and whether for graduate scholarships, academic positions or to support core activities, every gift is greatly appreciated and contributes to our ongoing success.
