PERShare - Equipment available to borrow
We have a range of kit available to borrow to help you undertake public engagement with research activities; from cameras and microphones to gazebos and tables - all for free!
We've recently set up a new system, PERShare, to let you browse what's available, reserve it and get reminders to return it.
To use, simply go to 'create account' at the top right, then the rest should be fairly self-explanatory.
Once you're signed up and have signed the agreement (that basically says you'll take reasonable efforts not to break things) then you can reserve items, which at the moment are all stored in the MPLS Division Office, so when the day comes you just come to the office and collect your items.
Some items might need a bit of guidance about how to use them, and we'll work on pulling together simple instructions, but if you have questions or need more support then you can just email to ask.
We're also looking at how we might be able to help you share anything you would like to offer to colleagues, so watch this space.
