UKRI shares vision for public engagement
The newly formed UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) has updated its website to include a section on public engagement, sharing their vision and plans to consult to develop plans.
This is a strong and positive vision, that gives a hint of what's to come (an emphasis on meaningful public engagement?). It'll be interesting to see how the wider consultation and strategy development pans out. So watch this space!
A small detail, but I'm pleased to see that public engagement isn't hidden away in a sub-menu, but it visible at the top of the front page of the website.
Read more on the UKRI website and see the resources and information they have available from across the research councils.
