The University's Difference Framework is a tool providing guidance for planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting for public engagement.

Join this interactive online workshop to explore how public and community engagement enhances research and benefits communities. 

This session introduces the Difference Framework, a practical tool for planning, evaluating, and improving engagement. In this session, a researcher will share an example of evaluating engagement, and you’ll learn practical tools for assessing and communicating your own engagement efforts. 

By the end, you'll have: 
Explored the Difference Framework for planning and evaluating engagement. 
Understood how engagement benefits communities, researchers, and research. 
Learned tools to evaluate the impact of your engagement.  

Who can attend: Any researcher or professional services staff who supports public and community engagement at the University of Oxford; and community collaborators.
