COURSE DETAILS

Issues covered will include work-life balance, planning, prioritising, the need to differentiate between importance and urgency, and using a range of strategies and time-saving ideas.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of this session you will understand more about:

  • A range of time saving techniques.
  • Time wasting activities and learn how to deal with them.
  • The difference between important and urgent.
  • The importance of planning and setting time aside.
