As a staff member of University of Oxford you can visit participating colleges and enjoy lunch in their dining halls.
How it works
- Who can participate?
All University of Oxford staff with a valid Bodleian staff card.
- Which colleges are participating?
Currently, four colleges and the University Club are part of this scheme, with more expected to be added over time.
The University Club and Linacre College are open throughout the year. Reuben, Mansfield and Balliol are available during term time only. - How to access lunch at a college:
- Bring your Bodleian staff card for identification.
- Check in at the Porters’ Lodge when you arrive and mention you are there for lunch.
- Proceed to the dining hall and enjoy your meal.
- How much does it cost?
Prices may vary by college. Some may offer subsidised rates for staff, while others operate on a pay-as-you-go basis. Please check with individual colleges for details. Card payment only for college purchases.
