Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 Resources
The official theme of 2025's Mental Health Awareness Week is COMMUNITY. We thrive when we have strong, safe and positive connections. Being part of a supportive community is vital for our mental health and wellbeing. Throughout the week, we celebrated the power and importance of the people around us.
Here you can find the various resources, written pieces and, of course, our Wellbeing Wall. You will be prompted to log in via SSO to access these.
If you are struggling to access any of the pages, or if something is missing, please contact us on diversity@mpls.ox.ac.uk.
MPLS Community Spotlights
Celebrating this years theme of 'community', we asked members of our MPLS community to share some reflections on what mental health means to them. From being open about failure to sharing tips about what works for them, read these daily pieces for inspiration - and to remind us that we are not alone.
Our MHAW25 Wellbeing Wall
Throughout the week, we invite everyone across the University community to contribute their 'Mental Health Moments' to our digital Wellbeing Wall. Here folks share small moments of joy, favourite self-care moments and messages of inspirations. This wall is our love letter to each other.
Self-care tools and resources
Here you can find the various resources shared throughout the week via the daily emails, curated into one space so you can keep coming back to them whenever you need. These resources focus on the self, and share tips and tricks for how we can look after ourselves - and those around us.
