By the end of this workshop, you will feel empowered to become the CEO of your career. Nikita's cutting-edge Futureproof Formula focuses on equipping you with the durable mindset and skills you need to thrive in a rapidly changing future of work.
The Futureproof Formula is an 8-part framework that breaks down the process of designing your career as if it were a company. We'll start with how to identify your values to craft a personal theory of change and move on to how to build a futureproof skillset in the face of AI, while supplementing your skills with a strong personal brand and personal board of advisors.
This will be a highly interactive workshop that will get you to think intentionally about how you design your career for maximum impact.
