The Futureproof Formula is an 8-part framework that breaks down the process of designing your career as if it were a company. We'll start with how to identify your values to craft a personal theory of change and move on to how to build a futureproof skillset in the face of AI, while supplementing your skills with a strong personal brand and personal board of advisors.
This will be a highly interactive workshop that will get you to think intentionally about how you design your career for maximum impact.

Speaker Bio:
Nikita Khandwala is a creator, consultant and educator on a mission to futureproof individuals and organisations for a radically different world of work. With experience across big tech, higher education and the startup world, she educates students and career switchers about the impact of AI on the future of work, equipping them with the strategies, toolkits and mindset to craft their own opportunities, become the CEO of their career and create meaningful impact.
She’s previously worked with a diverse range of clients, including LinkedIn, Unilever, the London School of Economics, the London Interdisciplinary School, 100DaysOfAI, and senior members of the UK government. Nikita is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of OPUS, the network for rising leaders.
