Dr Vinod Kumar Chauhan Dr. Vinod Kumar Chauhan is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Institute of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Oxford UK. His primary research interests lie in Causal Machine Learning with applications to healthcare. Additionally, he is broadly interested in machine learning for healthcare. Prior to his current role, he served as a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Cambridge UK, and completed his PhD at the Panjab University Chandigarh, India. Olivia Lounsbury Olivia Lounsbury, MS is Associate Course Director for the MSc in Surgical Science and Practice and PGCert in Patient Safety and Quality Improvement at the University of Oxford. She is a Research Fellow at OxSTaR and an Enterprise and Innovation Fellow in the Mathematical, Physical and Life Sciences Division. Her work focuses on system design, organisational alignment, and human-centred healthcare improvement. Olivia’s portfolio includes AI governance, digital integration, and global health impact. She has collaborated with Johns Hopkins, the NHS, and the U.S. Veterans Health Administration, and frequently presents on healthcare quality, safety, and systems thinking. |
