Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Facilitator – Training and Development
Hannah is responsible for designing, delivering and facilitating Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) related learning and training across the Division for staff and students. Hannah supports departments and the divisional office to develop and progress local People strategies and plans, providing advice regarding people and organisational development while embedding ED&I principles and sharing good practice; and is responsible for divisional ED&I projects with a particular focus on mental health, disability and LGBTQ+ areas, aligning with the divisional ED&I action plan. Hannah is Mental Health First Aid trained.
