Works with all departments in the MPLS Division on gender equality objectives, and shares best practices across the Division. Provides support to all departments as they submit applications for Athena SWAN Awards and helps develop initiatives to enable delivery of departmental action plans aimed at improving gender balance. Works more broadly to support gender equality initiatives in the Division, and contribute to discussions about gender equality practice and policy at departmental, divisional and University levels.
