Three Minute Thesis Competition 2024

The 3 Minute Thesis competition challenges doctoral candidates to present a compelling spoken presentation on their research topic and its significance in just three minutes to a non-specialist audience.

This year, Oxford's competition will take place on 24th May at the Careers Service. Doctoral students from across the University's divisions are welcome to take part, and there will be a training session on 26th April.

Taking part in 3MT can be a fantastic way of honing communication skills, raising your profile and summarising your research.
