Dates of Term

University public lectures open to all

Your University Card will allow you to access to your department buildings and the Bodleian Library. You should also register with your departmental and college library as appropriate. If your card needs renewing during your studies please contact your college administrator.

Personal Data & Record retention - Academic records of all students registered for higher degrees of the University are maintained on the University's student database. Each new record is opened on registration and all records are continually updated as students progress. The University also keeps individual correspondence files on current students, on which are retained copies of all applications and related correspondence and other relevant documentation. The University of Oxford is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information (‘personal data’), and your data is only retained for as long as we need it to meet our purposes, including any relating to legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.  

Graduate Progression Forms - during your studies you will need to complete various different forms - Please note: a number of these previously paper-based forms have now been replaced by on-line applications available via Student Self Service under the My Student Record tab. The links have been updated accordingly on the graduate progressions forms page.
