Take your research to IF-Oxford, deadline 18 April
IF Oxford, the science and ideas festival, is inviting researchers to submit expressions of interest for an array of event formats for the festival set to take place 18 Oct to 2 Nov (TBC).
When: 18 October – 2 November 2025 (TBC)
Where: All over the city
What: stalls, talks, workshops, performances, and more
IF Oxford is inviting researchers, innovators, and creatives to bring their work to life for the public this autumn. Whether you're working on cutting-edge tech, inspiring research, or imaginative public engagement, there's still time to get involved.
Submitting an Expression of Interest (EoI) is a simple way to start a conversation—no need to have a fully formed event in mind. It’s open to anyone with ideas for talks, hands-on activities, performances, or interactive experiences.
The EoI form is quick to complete and doesn’t commit you to an event - just signals your interest in contributing. Other involvement options, including partnerships and sponsorships, are also available.
Cost: £1,000 participation fee per event/activity, per day. You'll get promotion, venue, logistical support, training and development advice, t-shirts, audience booking, evaluation and reporting.
Deadline: Friday 18 April 2025
