Nav Dean – Royal Society Entrepreneur in Residence, University of Oxford

Nav Dean is a serial tech entrepreneur and deep-tech advisor focused on AI hardware, software and next-generating computing. He mentors academics and startups in areas including Edge AI, photonics and energy-efficient computing. Collaborating with leading universities, he bridges academia and industry to support deep-tech innovators. He is also a Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor in Computer Science Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Oxford Brookes University.

Natalia Pérez-Campanero Antolín - Research Program Manager @Apart Research 

Natalia is an entrepreneurial scientist focused on AI safety, developing responsible technologies aligned with human values. As a Research Project Manager at Apart Research, she leads teams ensuring AI systems are safe. Her career includes roles at The Royal Society and Panacea Innovation, honing strategic leadership skills. At the University of Oxford, her research on animal navigation informed AI and machine learning systems.
