Speaker

Paola Cuneo GROW negotiation skills Paola Cuneo is Entrepreneurial Engagement Lead for Rathbones Group PLC in London. Prior to joining Rathbones Group PLC in 2020 Paola worked for ELITE, part of the London Stock Exchange Group where she led the community of entrepreneurs and the Private Market, connecting companies with capital and supporting scale-up. Paola also ran EY Entrepreneur of The Year Award. For the Department of International Trade she set up and ran Sirius, a programme for talented foreign graduates to help them establish and grow businesses in the UK, including providing access to capital, mentoring, and business advice. Paola also led the MIT REAP Programme and headed EMEA and Asia Pac regions for London & partners, the promotional agency of the Mayor of London. Paola has been a regular contributor to the MPLS RisingWISE programme delivering enterprise training skills to women postdocs since its inception.
